Sr QA Technician (Records Specialist)

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Sr QA Technician (Records Specialist) to join their team. As a Sr QA Technician (Records Specialist), you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting production and compliance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr QA Technician (Records Specialist)

Location: Greenville, NC

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 1st shift, 08hr, with lunch break

What's the Job?

• Review complex or high-risk production records for GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QC) to ensure timely batch release.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training for new technicians.
• Assist in preparation for regulatory and client audits.
• Lead initiatives to streamline batch review and electronic systems.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma / equivalent minimally required; Associates degree or higher in Science or Technology preferred.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
