Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join their team. As a Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department supporting production and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000

What's the Job?

  • Oversee finished goods and raw materials inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
  • Perform high dollar cycle counts and manage inventory adjustments.
  • Partner with the Supply Chain Manager to forecast production volume versus budget.
  • Validate production counts, review formula recovery, and adjust work orders as needed.
  • Supervise and motivate team members including the Materials Coordinator Clerk, Inventory Clerk, Label Coordinator Administrator, and Label Material Handler.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and excellent computer skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or work experience preferred.
  • At least two years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment, including supply chain principles.
  • Six months supervisory experience and forklift certification.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively.
