Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a System Test Engineer to join their team. As a System Test Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Autonomous Vehicles Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $34.96/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Create comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans for autonomous driving behavior features.
- Identify, track, report, and resolve issues related to test strategies, planning, or implementation with cross-functional software teams.
- Design, develop, and execute synthetic and log-based test scenarios using in-house simulation frameworks.
- Participate in in-vehicle testing missions to observe new features in real-world conditions.
- Analyze test results, triage issues, and update testing processes to ensure continuous improvement and scalability.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable software testing strategies.
- Proficiency with automated testing frameworks, scripting languages such as Python, and tools like JIRA, GIT, and Linux command line.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with simulation test frameworks and triage pipelines is a plus.
