Looking for a high-impact engineering role where you’re the go-to technical authority?
A leading defense technology organization is adding a Senior EW Systems Engineer to drive architecture, integration, and innovation across advanced aircraft self-protection systems.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect end-to-end Electronic Warfare system solutions

  • Integrate multi-sensor EW components (RWR, jammers, missile warning)

  • Lead system integration & verification (SIL / HW+SW)

  • Translate mission needs into architecture + requirements

  • Solve complex system anomalies & lead trade studies

  • Mentor engineers and guide technical strategy

  • Support innovation efforts, including emerging AI/ML applications in EW


What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience with RWRs, jammers, missile warning sensors

  • EW messaging, discretes, ICDs, and multi-vendor interoperability

  • MIL-STD-1553 / avionics data buses

  • Systems architecture + full lifecycle systems engineering

  • Strong SIL, integration, verification, and validation background

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for clearance eligibility)

Nice to Have: MBSE, INCOSE CSEP/ESEP, DOORS, JIRA, on-aircraft EW experience.
