Our client, a leading technology and engineering organization, is seeking a Technical Software Engineer 2 to join their team. As a Technical Software Engineer 2, you will be part of the Software Engineering team supporting application development and systems implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Software Engineer 2 Location: Warren, MI 48093 Pay Range: $67.11/hr or $139,590.00 a year

  (DOE) What’s the Job? • Design, develop, test, and maintain business and computer application software. • Gather and analyze system requirements and create technical software solutions. • Review enhancement requests and implement software improvements. • Develop, modify, and unit test new and existing software programs. • Perform post-implementation validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance reviews. What’s Needed? • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • 2–4 years of software engineering or software development experience. • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. • Experience troubleshooting, testing, and supporting both new and legacy systems. • Proficiency in programming, problem diagnosis, and software issue resolution.
