Test Technician - QA

Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility technology, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Vehicle Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams including vehicle engineering, computer vision, and ride operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discipline, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Technician - QA

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $31.45/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Support vehicle operations by executing testing procedures and maintaining vehicle readiness
• Conduct basic software and hardware testing, review data, and produce test reports
• Assist with documentation, metrics, and communication of test results to engineering teams
• Analyze vehicle logs and test data to identify issues and support root cause analysis
• Support defect management processes from recognition to resolution, including escalation of issues

What's Needed?

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness in problem-solving
• Proficiency in JIRA/Confluence or Azure Dev Ops
• At least 2 years of experience in complex testing or vehicle testing environments
• Basic QA testing experience and a safety-first attitude
