Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a C-Turnaround Planner to join their team. As a C-Turnaround Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and coordinate comprehensive turnaround plans to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance and repair activities to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams to align maintenance strategies with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all activities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support continuous improvement and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in plant maintenance and turnaround planning.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage complex projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration across departments.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to industrial maintenance.
