US - Project Management Specialist - G02152

Our client, a global provider of electronic access control and security solutions, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department supporting customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Onsite (Hybrid potential in the future)
Pay Range: $30.00 - $50.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Manage multiple installation projects from project acceptance through delivery, installation, and final invoicing.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, documentation, and deliverables.
• Maintain project records and customer interactions within Salesforce and related systems.
• Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a world-class customer experience.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field with 1+ year of Project Coordination experience, OR 3+ years of Project Coordination/Project Management experience.
• Strong project tracking, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to independently solve problems and drive projects to successful completion.
