Our client, a leading Aerospace and Advanced Manufacturing organization, is seeking a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team supporting factory operations, product engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a collaborative mindset that will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $54.46/hour
What’s the Job?
- Provide manufacturing engineering support for Ring Laser Gyroscope (RLG) production, including glass machining processes.
- Perform failure analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and diagnosis of returned products to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze yield, performance, and process capability data to monitor product health and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, and FMEA methodologies.
- Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements that reduce cost, improve quality, and shorten cycle times.
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, test, or process engineering environments.
- Experience performing failure analysis, root cause investigations, and resolving complex manufacturing issues.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, RCCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or otherwise qualify as a U.S. Person.
