US - Technician - ISC - Level 2

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking a Balancing Technician to join their team. As a Balancing Technician, you will be part of the Production Operations Department supporting the Manufacturing and Assembly Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Balancing Technician
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $29.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Operate balancing and production equipment used in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components.
• Interpret aerospace blueprints, diagrams, and GD&T dimensions to ensure specifications are met.
• Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
• Perform inspections and verify product tolerances throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production and assembly activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with computers in a production environment.
