Technician - ISC Level II

Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Technician - ISC Level II to join their team. You will be part of the production operations team supporting manufacturing and balancing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint-reading skills, and exceptional attention to detail, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Technician - ISC - Level 2 (Balancing Technician)
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Range: $29.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What’s the Job?

• Operate production equipment to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Perform balancing activities on aerospace components following established procedures.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to meet product specifications and tolerances.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Utilize computer systems to document production activities and quality data.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain precise tolerances.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hands-on production environment.
