Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting vehicle operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Vehicle Operator Shift Supervisor

Location: Austin, TX

Pay Range: $42

What's the Job?

  • Supervise a team of vehicle operators to ensure they meet both short-term and long-term operational targets
  • Work hands-on with your team daily, leading by example to uphold high standards in software and hardware testing
  • Collaborate closely with other leaders within Fleet Operations to drive safe and efficient vehicle fleet management
  • Support vehicle operators in daily operational tasks and administrative responsibilities
  • Provide regular performance feedback and mentorship to team members to foster growth and high performance

What's Needed?

  • At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience and active AVT permit
  • Experience working collaboratively in high-level team environments and promoting teamwork
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination
  • Outstanding driving history and safety record
