Warehouse Supervisor 5

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Materials & Logistics Department supporting warehouse operations and production support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and strong analytical problem-solving capabilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour
 
What’s the Job?
 

• Lead and support warehouse employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and operational goals.
  
• Plan daily workloads, conduct shift meetings, and communicate business performance objectives.
  
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and address workplace concerns as needed.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Quality Network, Workplace Organization (WPO), and A3 problem-solving methodologies.
  
• Perform safety audits, SOP compliance checks, and maintain accurate payroll and timekeeping records.
  

 
What’s Needed?
 

• High school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or business school training, or equivalent technical education.
  
• 10+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.
  
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and warehouse operations.
  
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  
• Experience with scheduling systems, timekeeping systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
