Warehouse Supervisor (Automotive) – $30–$35/hr – Contract Role

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and distribution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Range: $30.70 – $35.09/hr

What’s the Job?

• Supervise warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Plan and coordinate daily workloads to optimize shift performance
• Lead team meetings and provide performance feedback and coaching
• Drive continuous improvement using structured problem-solving methods (A3, Lean)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and operational procedures

What’s Needed?

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing supervision
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Experience with scheduling, timekeeping, or workforce management systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze problems and implement process improvements
