Bench Scientist - II

Our client, is seeking a USA - Bench Scientist - II - USD to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on mammalian cell culture experience, and the ability to independently plan and execute stable cell line generation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$40.72

What's the Job?

• Maintain, thaw, and prepare host cell line cultures for all group activities.
• Independently plan and execute stable cell line generation for both plate-based and flask-based transfections.
• Receive, track, and disseminate DNA plasmid library serving as the liaison between plasmid generation and cell line generation groups.
• Provide logistical support to the lab, including ordering supplies, managing instruments, and supporting general lab bench activities.
• Present formal data packages to portfolio project teams and collaboration teams.

What's Needed?

• Mammalian cell culture experience with strong sterile technique.
• Experience with flow cytometry and gel electrophoresis.
• Strong data tracking and management skills to support lab documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of general lab protocols and the ability to follow established procedures consistently.
• Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication, plus strong organizational skills.
