Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) |  Abilene, TX

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking  an Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) to join their team. As an ITIM, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation organization supporting data center construction and technical infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, construction project management expertise, and telecom infrastructure experience that will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Integration & Technical Infrastructure Manager (ITIM)
Location: Abilene, TX 
Pay Range: $81.38 - $87.64/hr

What’s the Job?

• Manage integration and technical infrastructure fit-out activities for large-scale data center projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies, project reporting, and progress tracking through metrics and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards while supporting telecom, networking, security, and infrastructure deployments.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience managing data center construction, telecom infrastructure, or mission-critical facility projects.
• Strong background in construction project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead integration meetings and drive project execution onsite.
• Experience with vendor management, risk management, and project scheduling tools such as P6 and Bluebeam preferred.
