Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) department supporting Data Center Construction Delivery (DCD) and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and technical engineering expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager 5
Location: Abilene, TX (Onsite)
Pay Range: $91.50 - $98.54 per hour

🔍What’s the Job?

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data center lease projects to achieve Ready for Service (RFS)
  • Oversee lease providers and ensure compliance with contract agreements and project standards
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, security, and vendors)
  • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and provide regular status reporting
  • Promote and enforce a safe worksite aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in construction/project management (data centers or mission-critical facilities preferred)
  • Strong technical engineering background and project management expertise
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to pass Cloud Background Check and meet security requirements
