Electrician

Our client, a global commercial real estate and facilities management leader, is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting the Electrical Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Glendale, CA

Pay Range: Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

What’s the Job?

• Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical and lighting systems within commercial facilities.
• Troubleshoot power issues and electrical equipment using wiring diagrams and standard electrical practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete work orders through the CMMS system.
• Replace ballasts, lighting components, motors, controls, switches, and related electrical equipment.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure critical equipment is operating safely.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED; trade school education preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of electrical maintenance or commercial electrician experience.
• Ability to read and diagnose electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CMMS systems; valid driver's license preferred.
