Facilities Technician Helper

Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician Helper to join their team. As a Facilities Technician Helper, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting property operations and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician

Location: Murray, UT

Pay Range:$22-$24 DOE

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What's the Job?

• Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repairs
• Support building upkeep including replacing batteries and minor repairs
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC support tasks
• Help with indoor and outdoor property maintenance activities
• Follow safety procedures and support daily work order completion

What's Needed?

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic familiarity with hand tools preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors and indoors
