Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Industrial Engineer to join their team. As a Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Operations organization supporting manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving, a drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Engineer | 9-12 months contract 

Location: Brookfield, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $35-50/HR 

What's the Job?

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing routings, labor standards, and process structures for production tool families using established work standards and operational requirements.
  • Create and maintain routings for reconditioning, coating, and modified standard product operations while ensuring accurate process flow and manufacturing documentation.
  • Support manufacturing and reconditioning operations by providing technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering support as needed.
  • Maintain process codes, production standards, and system data within ERP and manufacturing systems to support accurate planning, scheduling, and cost reporting.
  • Analyze routing accuracy, labor standards, and cost impacts tied to process changes, then implement updates to keep operations aligned.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Business related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with labor standards development, time studies, work measurement techniques, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems is MUST
