Industrial Engineer

Our client, a global aerospace and technology company, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be part of the Factory Test Equipment team supporting engineering teams and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving capability, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision, which will align successfully in the organization.
 

Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Range: $39.42/hr

What’s the Job?

• Provide technical skills and abilities to engineering teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
• Become a subject matter expert in PLC integration and troubleshooting for a complex automated system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions.
• Supervise a small team of 2 to 3 and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

What’s Needed?

• Experience in systems engineering or industrial engineering.
• Experience with PLCs.
• Mastery of equipment integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
