IT Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an IT Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Technical Operations team supporting real-time systems and workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within this innovative environment.

Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Pay Range: $52/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Support and monitor live operational workflows within a secure, on-site environment in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Document and analyze real-time system interactions, dependencies, and operational processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending improvements to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering to streamline processes.
• Communicate technical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience in systems, networking, or operations workflows, preferably in a 24x7 environment.
• Strong technical documentation and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting Windows workstations, real-time operations, or command-center environments.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, troubleshooting web applications, or infrastructure diagnostics.
