Our client, a leading life science and pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production Operations and Facility Equipment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085
Pay Range: $25.00 - $45.00/hr
What’s the Job?
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
- Conduct equipment failure analysis and identify root causes of operational issues.
- Support equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize CMMS/CMS systems to document maintenance activities and work orders.
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Experience with CMMS/CMS systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM) and rotational weekend coverage.
