Our client, a leading energy manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Control Specialist  to join their team. As a Manufacturing Control Specialist I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting Production Control, Inventory Management, Materials Management, and Warehouse Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Control Specialist 
Location: Schenectady, NY (100% Onsite)
Pay Range: $29/hr

What's the Job?

  • Organize and validate incoming work orders and reporting through SAP.
  • Create and manage pick tickets, cycle count sheets, and KPI reports.
  • Audit, correct, and maintain inventory levels while resolving production, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse and operations teams with order issues, returns, and nonconforming products.
  • Perform shop floor material audits, respond to escalations, and support inventory and process improvement activities.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, materials management, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
