Manufacturing Maintenance

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Columbus, IN.
Pay Range: 54.00.

What's the Job?

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments to maximize production and quality.
• Support equipment changeovers, startups, and production line improvements.
• Assist with equipment moves and utility connections including air, gas, water, and power.
• Train operators on safe equipment operation and maintain maintenance documentation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fabrication processes, industrial equipment, and manufacturing machinery.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems, safety requirements, and environmental regulations.
