Manufacturing Supervisor | Lean, Quality & Production Leadership | $50/hr

Our client, a leading global manufacturer in the automotive industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting production, quality, and supply chain initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to develop high-performing teams, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor | Lean, Quality & Production Leadership
Location: Lockport, NY
Pay Range: $47.61 - $50.41/hour

What's the Job?

• Lead and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence initiatives to reduce waste and improve performance.
• Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate employees while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor production schedules, quality standards, labor utilization, and cost objectives to ensure operational success.
• Promote a safe work environment while supporting launch activities, process improvements, and employee development programs.

What's Needed?

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, or supply chain environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, GMS, TPS, or similar systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive performance improvements.
• Experience managing production metrics, quality requirements, safety initiatives, and operational goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
