Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Mission Readiness Associate 2

Location: San Francisco, CA 94103

Pay Range: $34/hour

 

What’s the Job?

  • Support daily fleet operations and vehicle readiness across multiple test locations.
  • Perform vehicle cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and mission preparation procedures.
  • Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Execute documentation and readiness checks to ensure vehicles meet operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities.

 

What’s Needed?

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean/excellent driving record.
  • Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on a team.
  • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
