Mobile HVAC Engineer - Level 1

Our client, a leading provider of facilities and building maintenance services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer - Level 1 to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer - Level 1 you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting dialysis clinic locations throughout Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a highly professional attitude, excellent customer service skills, and strong communication skills which will align successfully in the organization

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Engineer - Level 1

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay Range: $26.13 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on HVAC and building systems.
• Review and complete assigned work orders while managing required tools and materials.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
• Travel to dialysis clinics across Alabama using a company-provided vehicle and assigned route.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures. 

What’s Needed?

• Universal EPA 608 Certification required.
• 1-2+ years of commercial or residential HVAC experience.
• Basic electrical and general maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service, communication, and professionalism in a client-facing environment.
