Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facility management services, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting multiple client sites throughout the Columbus area. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent time management skills, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $36 - $39/hr

What's the Job?

• Travel between multiple commercial facilities to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC and building systems.
• Inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair HVAC equipment including associated mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on building systems including Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety, and Control systems.
• Monitor equipment performance, record operational readings, and make adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate with outside contractors, maintain inventory and maintenance records, and ensure compliance with all safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC and building systems.
• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Minimum of two years of trade school education in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems, or a related skilled trade.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between multiple facilities throughout the workday.
