Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and technical services, is seeking a Mobile Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Engineer 3, you will be part of the maintenance and operations support team, ensuring the optimal functioning of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Providence, RI
Pay Range: $38.00-$42.00 hourly
What's the Job?
- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct interior and exterior inspections of property, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, including EPA universal certification and maintaining a good driving record.
What's Needed?
- EPA universal certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial or supermarket refrigeration systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to store a vehicle at residence.
