Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be supporting the maintenance and operation of industrial warehouse and distribution facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Conshohocken, PA

What's the Job?

• Perform routine and preventative HVAC maintenance across multiple industrial properties
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to ensure optimal operation
• Coordinate with vendors and property managers for repairs and upgrades
• Respond promptly to emergency HVAC situations to minimize downtime
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities using digital tools

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of experience supporting industrial or commercial HVAC systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with CMMS systems, BMS, and digital work order platforms preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
