Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 2

Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting Mobile Engineers, Building Operations, and Tenant Services. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, hands-on troubleshooting abilities, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Conshohocken, PA

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and building systems.
• Complete facility inspections and identify deficiencies affecting building operations and tenant occupancy.
• Perform general building maintenance including ceiling tile replacement, door repairs, office furniture repairs, and lighting/ballast replacement.
• Clean HVAC coils, replace filters and belts, and support heating and cooling system maintenance.
• Utilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, document completed work, and track maintenance activities.

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of commercial building maintenance experience.
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Hands-on HVAC maintenance experience (filters, belts, coils, basic troubleshooting).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work directly with tenants and building occupants.
