Our client, outdoor power equipment support and aftermarket services is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable guidance—aligning successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide high level technical support to dealers via phone, email, or web chat, including troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair guidance across product range and associated systems.
- Support end users via phone, email, and/or web chat with product selection, product application support, product maintenance guidance, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction-focused assistance.
- Use Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to update customer records, document dealer/customer interactions, and maintain detailed notes to help identify issues and solutions.
- Participate in team training sessions and meetings to stay current on product knowledge, office policies, and support procedures.
- Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What's Needed?
- Work experience in an outdoor power equipment dealer and/or strong OPE product knowledge, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to dealers and end users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, SharePoint, and live chat tools.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
- High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree in a related discipline preferred.
