Our client, a global medical technology company, is seeking a Product Development Technician to join their team. As a Product Development Technician, you will be part of the Product Development team supporting Engineering, R&D, and Laboratory Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Product Development Technician
Location: Brea, CA
Pay Range: $28-$35/hr
What's the Job?
• Execute laboratory testing and test protocols to support product development activities
• Gather, compile, analyze, and document technical data, test results, and engineering changes
• Provide technical support to engineers and assist with prototype development and test setups
• Perform equipment qualification, calibration, and routine laboratory maintenance
• Prepare technical reports, flow charts, block diagrams, schematics, and other engineering documentation
What's Needed?
• High School Diploma required
• 4-6 years of laboratory experience or technician experience in a regulated environment
• Experience following written procedures and work instructions
• Strong technical documentation, reporting, and computer skills
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams in a laboratory or R&D environment
