Project Manager

Our client, a construction management organization, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Construction Management department supporting facility management and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $87.14 - $93.85/hr
 

What’s the Job?

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans to accomplish goals, and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Conduct site walks, review construction progress, RFIs, and lease deliverables.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to read drawings, understand RFIs, and navigate Procore.
• Knowledge of business management principles, resource allocation, production methods, and quality control.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
