What's the Job?

  • Turn how the supply chain really works into clear, data-backed process models that shape the design of new capabilities, starting with priority use cases.

  • Use ERP and planning system event data to perform process mining, revealing where processes stall, where they vary from design, and what needs to change.
  • Build current-state and future-state process maps using BPMN, swimlanes, and SIPOC, with clear handoffs, decision points, owners, triggers, and thresholds.
  • Support disruption response and KPI exception follow-up by guiding the team, escalating to leadership when needed, and feeding lessons learned back into playbooks and the roadmap.

What's Needed?

  • 15+ years of program management experience, including complex, cross-functional programs in a global company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong end-to-end supply chain expertise across planning, procurement and sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory.
  • Hands-on process modeling experience with BPMN 2.0, value stream mapping, and SIPOC using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, or ARIS.
  • Process mining experience with tools such as Celonis, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, or UiPath Process Mining, plus the ability to facilitate workshops and align senior leaders.

What's in it for me?

  • Work on a single, real-time, cross-functional view of supply chain performance—connecting strategy and execution across multiple functions.
  • Build process models that directly influence new capabilities, with clear accountability for requirements, RACI, and playbooks.
  • Use real event data to uncover process reality, then translate findings into future-state designs and operational improvements.
  • Partner with IT and data owners so process designs are correctly translated into systems, dashboards, and data feeds.
  • Contribute to disruption response support and continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned after every event.
