Recruiter

Our client, a leader in innovative transportation solutions, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting multiple operational and corporate teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $60-$70/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Manage the entire recruiting process from initial intake to successful offer close.
• Work closely with hiring managers to qualify role requirements and align on talent profiles.
• Actively find and engage top-tier, passive talent using advanced sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through a world-class interview experience.
• Lead debriefs and drive hiring decisions with interviewers and company leadership.

What's Needed?

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in highly competitive industries.
• 2+ years of dedicated experience hiring for corporate, operations, or product functions.
• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and external tools.
• Strong background partnering directly with hiring managers and leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results within fast-paced, ever-changing work environments.
