Repair Technician

Our client, a leading provider in medical device support and repair, is seeking a Repair Technician to join their team. As a Repair Technician, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting device repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repair Technician

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range:  $27.04

Shift: Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform activities related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical devices, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Analyze customer device returns to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Document repair, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and rework activities accurately using device tracking systems.
• Assist with training new team members on key service processes and technical procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and participate in special projects as needed.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED; technical degree or experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, repair, or related environments.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, including reading schematics and using testing tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with precision, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
