Our client, a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Administrator IV to join their team. As a Site Administrator IV, you will be an integral part of the project management team supporting site operations and ensuring smooth coordination across various construction activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Assist in coordinating daily site activities and administrative tasks to support project execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, safety reports, and compliance records.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely information flow.
  • Support scheduling and logistics planning to optimize site operations and resource allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and assist in safety documentation and reporting.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in construction site administration or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
