Our client, a leading organization in facilities management and workplace operations, is seeking a Site Manager to join their team. As a Site Manager, you will be part of the Facilities and General Services department supporting daily office operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate and oversee daily facilities operations for the regional office.
- Manage vendor relationships, service schedules, and performance across facility service categories.
- Support office maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and office reconfigurations.
- Coordinate office events, onboarding logistics, and visitor support activities.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, office management, or workplace services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with workplace systems such as security and ticketing tools.
- Experience managing office budgets, expenses, and vendor services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Ability to independently manage objectives, schedules, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
