Our client, a global leader in commercial real estate and facilities management, is seeking a Site/Space Planner 1 (Moves & Changes Coordinator) to join their team. As a Site/Space Planner 1, you will be part of the Facilities and Workplace Services team supporting Space Planning, Move Management, Facilities Operations, and Workplace Services teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site/Space Planner (Moves & Changes Coordinator)
Location: Rochester, NY 
Pay Range: $30.00/hour

What's the Job?

  • Coordinate employee moves and workspace relocations across multiple facilities.
  • Enter, track, and close move-related work orders in the work order management system.
  • Schedule and coordinate vendors, movers, and furniture installers.
  • Maintain and update occupancy, seating, and space planning databases.
  • Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, Security, and vendors to ensure successful move execution.

What's Needed?

  • AutoCAD experience (required).
  • Experience with space planning, occupancy planning, or workplace planning.
  • Move management or employee relocation coordination experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
