Our client, industrial automation and machine systems organization is seeking a Mid Level Mechanical Designer to join their team. As a Mid Level Mechanical Designer, you will be part of the engineering organization supporting ongoing machine design projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical design experience, strong SolidWorks skills, and the drive to improve existing automated equipment with minimal supervision.

Pay Range: $41
What's the Job?
- Create, modify, and maintain mechanical designs using SolidWorks.
- Support the final engineering documentation process, including the creation and revision of assembly and manufacturing drawings.
- Add, modify, troubleshoot, and improve machine sub-systems within existing automated equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet project and manufacturing requirements.
- Provide occasional onsite installation and startup support as needed.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Mechanical Design experience.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks with the ability to quickly contribute to active projects.
- Experience using AutoCAD for engineering and design documentation.
- Experience creating and interpreting mechanical assembly drawings.
- Hands-on experience with automation design, automated machinery, and manufacturing systems.
