Job Title: Sr Commercial Manager

What's the Job?
- Lead and manage commercial activities to support business objectives, including planning, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Oversee contract and commercial processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive effective execution, resolve issues, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze commercial performance and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.
- Support leadership with recommendations and decision-ready insights that strengthen commercial outcomes.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in commercial management, contract administration, or related commercial leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of commercial processes and compliance expectations relevant to the role.
