Systems Engineer

Our client, a global leader in aerospace and advanced engineering solutions, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Air Revitalization Systems team supporting multidisciplinary engineering groups. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Engineer (7-month contract)
Location: Glendale, AZ
Pay Range: 52.18 -57,41

What’s the Job?

• Lead system-level development throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through qualification
• Develop, decompose, and manage system requirements using DOORS/DOORS Next
• Define and execute verification and validation (V&V) strategies, including test plans and procedures
• Support system architecture, integration, and cross-functional engineering collaboration
• Provide technical leadership, support design reviews, and generate engineering documentation

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience developing and executing V&V plans and system test strategies
• Hands-on experience with DOORS/DOORS Next for requirements management
• Knowledge of MIL-STDs and applying them to system design and qualification
• Strong leadership and communication skills with cross-functional engineering teams
