Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Orchestration Software Development team supporting the company's efforts to expand their live service and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $97/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Help define the systems that ensure autonomous robots are in the right place at the right time
- Steward a software product line, curate its roadmap to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Managers, and front-end Product Managers to refine and prioritize features and requirements
- Define, implement, and monitor metrics that measure the health and performance of fleet orchestration systems
- Drive the delivery of roadmap priorities to achieve key service and efficiency metrics
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of product management experience
- 2+ years as a product manager for complex backend software systems
- Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and influencing outcomes without direct authority
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management
- Technical background with the ability to learn and understand software development concepts such as back-end systems, web apps, APIs, and technical tradeoffs
