Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Tenant Services Administrator to join their team. As a Tenant Services Administrator, you will be part of the Property Management Department supporting tenant relations and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tenant Services Administrator

Location: Miami, FL

Pay Range: $23 to $25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and property inspections
  • Assist with lease management duties, including renewals and terminations
  • Ensure all interactions with tenants comply with legal and company guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, repairs, and maintenance activities

What's Needed?

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, tenant relations, or property management
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
