Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization supporting Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
Location: Tempe, AZ
Pay Range: $39.14/hr

What’s the Job?

• Lead and coordinate Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) projects within the aerospace business.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Create and maintain Line of Balance (LOB), Clear To Build reports, and related planning tools.
• Utilize SAP and advanced Excel tools to analyze supply chain data, monitor milestones, and track project performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

What’s Needed?

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong SAP experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting.
• Experience creating and managing Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear To Build reports, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
