US - Technician - ISC - Level 2

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing company, is seeking a Balancing Technician to join their team. As a Balancing Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Production and Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to fine detail, and blueprint reading skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Balancing Technician
Location: Onsite (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $29.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate balancing equipment on complex aerospace components.
• Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and GD&T dimensions.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
• Perform manufacturing and assembly activities while ensuring product specifications and tolerances are met.
• Maintain production quality and follow established procedures under general supervision.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing, mechanical, or production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and use a computer as needed.
