Our client, a leading global commercial real estate and workplace services organization, is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join their team. As a Workplace Coordinator, you will be part of the Workplace Operations team supporting Events, Front of House, and Facilities teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a service-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Workplace Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: 24/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Coordinate between Events and Workplace teams to ensure seamless event execution and workplace operations.
  • Prepare event spaces, including room configurations, catering setups, hospitality stations, and guest flow.
  • Support Front of House operations, including guest welcome, check-in, visitor management, and access procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and presentation throughout workplace and event spaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while ensuring compliance with workplace safety, security, and operational procedures.

 

What’s Needed?

  • Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience or knowledge of workplace operations, hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Proficiency with workplace management tools and Microsoft Office.
