Pay Range:  $75k

Shift: 8-5

What's the Job?

• Create and produce digital design assets with accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and production stakeholders to translate creative direction into ready-to-publish deliverables.
• Support the full production workflow, including file preparation, version control, and quality checks prior to release.
• Ensure digital outputs meet technical and layout requirements across relevant platforms and formats.
• Troubleshoot production issues and refine deliverables to improve usability, clarity, and overall presentation.

What's Needed?

• Experience producing digital design work with a strong eye for detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency with common design and production tools used to create and prepare digital assets.
• Comfort working through feedback loops and iterating quickly to meet production goals.
